This was a pleasant stay for 1 night. The location turned out to be excellent, near Brighton Palace Pier and Sea Life, the sea front which is a two minute walk, and the beach and shops. I checked out North Laine, that was set within easy walking distance of the property. The staff was excellent and best, the room was brand-new.
There was lift to be needed.
